A lot of people call and ask about services, but if they are not that familiar with the sex industry or have never visited a working girl, they may not understand the meanings of some of the terms I (or other working girls) might use. So I thought it would be fun to write a list of services that some (obviously not all) sex workers provide.
Hand Relief, also known as Happy Endings in establishments which provide massage but not sex: masturbating the client, also referred to as a hand job.
Sex: coital intercourse; a term used specifically for coitus.
Doggy style: sexual position where the sex worker is on all fours and her client’s penis is inserted from behind
Cowgirl: sexual position where the sex worker is straddling on top of her client who is lying on his back, and they are facing each other.
Reverse cowgirl: sexual position where the sex worker is straddling on top of her client who is lying on his back, and he is facing the back of her head.
Full service: normally includes sex in a variety of positions and French on the client – see below for the meaning of french.
GFE (Girlfriend experience): an affectionate sexual service (not offered by every sex worker) which must include french kissing and DATY as well as the usuals offered in full service – see below for the meaning of DATY.
PSE (Porn star experience): a high energy sexual service which goes beyond GFE and usually includes extras as seen in porn, for example, a toy show – see below for the meaning of a toy show.
DFK (deep french kissing): passionate kissing on the mouth with active use of both the client’s and sex worker’s tongues.
Double: involves two sex workers with one client, or, less frequently, two clients with one sex worker.
Bi-double: a threesome with a client and two female sex workers who perform lesbian acts on each other as well as the client.
Straight-double: a threesome with a client and two female sex workers who perform sex acts on the client but not on each other.
Threesome: where a client hires a sex worker to join himself and a companion (sometimes his wife) in lovemaking.
MMF: Male male female. Where two males hire a female sex worker, or a male hires a female and a male sex worker.
DATY (Dining at the Y): cunnilingus. (Protection – dental dams – are legally required for this service).
French: fellatio – can also refer to cunnilingus but that is usually then known as french on the woman.
English: whipping or caning; a term not in much use nowadays.
Greek (also known as Back Door): anal intercourse.
Spanish: simulated sex between a woman’s breasts.
Toy show: a demonstration of the use of dildos and other sex toys on a sex worker by a sex worker usually, although she may allow her client to use them.
Pearl necklace: where a client ejaculates on a sex worker’s body below her face.
COB (Come on body): where a client ejaculates on a sex worker’s body.
COF (Come on face): where a client ejaculates on a sex worker’s face.
BBBJ (Bare back blow job): Also known as a natural blow job, where a blow job is given without a condom. (Please note, this service is illegal in New Zealand)
